Catholic Charities Family Intervention Program which is located at the Laboure office in South Boston, is looking for a part-time Basic Needs Case Manager to join our team of dedicated professionals.

The Basic Needs Case Manger will be responsible for the delivery of direct services to clients requiring emergency financial or material assistance as well as screening and serving clients who are eligible for the HUD HPRP (Homelessness Prevention and Recovery Program.  The Case Manager will also be required to establish a network of relationships within the agency and outside of the agency to facilitate collaboration and referrals to resources.

  • Qualifications include a Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent college degree.
  •  Superior organizational skills along with the ability to work both independently and as a team member are essential. 
  • Sensitivity to the needs of families and individuals in financial hardship and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Spanish/English fluency strongly preferred. 
  • A valid Massachusetts Driver’s license and the ability to lift, push and pull a minimum of 25 pounds are required.
