Help Victims of the Ecuador Earthquake

Tuesday, April 19, 2016

At Catholic Charities our mission is to help those in need in Eastern Massachusetts, but when the need goes beyond our borders, like this past weekend’s deadly earthquake in Ecuador, we look to rally support for fellow nonprofits such as Catholic Relief Services (CRS), the nonprofit dedicated to assisting the impoverished and disadvantaged overseas.

On Saturday, April 16, 2016, a 7.8 magnitude earthquake struck Ecuador’s coastal region, killing hundreds of people with more than 2,500 injured. CRS is readying to assist survivors in Ecuador with immediate needs, including water, food and emergency shelter.

We are grateful for all that you do to support Catholic Charities and ask if you might consider extending your support to CRS so they may help the survivors of the earthquake in Ecuador—no donation is too small. Thank you for your support.

Please make a donation to CRS today to help them respond to the earthquake survivors.
