Catholic Charities Youth Connection Program located in Lynn, is looking for a full-time Case Manager to join our team of dedicated professionals.
The Case Manager will provide case management and support services to high risk youth ages 14-21 years of age and their families with coaching and advocacy services; including coordination and referral of program participants to local social support; family and education support; afterschool and summer activities; employment; mentoring incentive; community policing, and juvenile justice intervention. The Case Manager will participate in targeted outreach in coordination with other Shannon Grant providers. The Case Manager will be required to support the reduction in gang and criminal activity among high risk youth in the Lynn Community.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field, along with 3-5 years of experience working with high-risk youth and knowledge of relevant social support agencies and programs.
Bilingual/bicultural preferred. In addition to English, the ideal candidate must be able to effectively communicate in Spanish or Khmer.
The ability to speak and understand other languages is considered a plus.
Computer experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite will be required.
The ability to work days, evenings, nights and weekends to meet the responsibilities of the position and meet the needs of the program participants are essential.
A valid Massachusetts driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for local travel will be required. . We offer a generous benefits package, onsite parking, and are accessible by public transportation.
