Catholic Charities administrative office located in South Boston seeks a full-time Grants and Contracts Associate to join its team of dedicated professionals to support agency wide program development efforts.

Assist in the development and processing of grant proposals for agency programs from federal, state and local government levels and private and corporate foundations.
Monitor documents, produce reports and work closely with the finance staff to review and analyze financial data related to programs.
Provide administrative support to the Grants and Foundations staff while participating with the preparation of special projects. 
Candidate must have a keen attention to detail for accuracy with research, reporting, and documentation.  The Grants and Contracts Associate will interface by phone and in person with employees throughout the agency. 

A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3 years of experience working in a contract related position is required.
Knowledge of contracting procedure particularly related to State Procurement of service and the interest in human services particularly with anti poverty issues is strongly desired.
Prior Raisers Edge experienced is preferred with competent computer skills including use of the Internet, Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.
A driver’s license is necessary for local travel.
