The Catholic Charitable Bureau of the Archdiocese of Boston is seeking a full-time Billing Coordinator for the Child Care Program located in Lynn. The Billing Coordinator is responsible for receiving, recording and collecting all parent fees and for completing all activities necessary to bill third party payments. The Billing Coordinator is also responsible for all other clerical, administrative and reception duties as assigned.
Qualifications include a High School diploma with additional training in accounting preferred. A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a comparable office setting and proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. Excellent organization skills, attention to detail and time management and the ability to communicate with multiple levels; director, staff, parents, outside agencies will be required.
