We are currently seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to provide support to the President and Chief Operating Officer.

The Senior Administrative Assistant will be a point of contact when interacting with employees, business associates, donors and trustees. Central to this role will be the ability to perform a wide range of activities to ensure efficient operations and effectively prioritize a wide variety of tasks and projects. The Senior Administrative Assistant will provide supervision and work collaboratively with the Administrative Assistant for senior leadership.

Proficiency with the use of software programs including Microsoft Office Suite and PowerPoint is essential. Calendar management, scheduling meetings and travel arrangements are among the primary responsibilities of the position. 


Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience supporting senior leadership including supervising administrative support staff
  • Proficient administrative skills with keen attention to detail for composing, typing, and proofing materials while establishing priorities and meeting deadlines. Skilled calendar management and travel planning with the ability to manage multiple tasks within sensitive time frames
  • Skillful with preparing, organizing, and accomplishing assignments while working independently and as part of a team.  Exceptional communication skills with high level of confidentiality and flexibility to accommodate different situations and requirements
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.  Confident and skillful use of Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google and Webex.  Strong Internet search skills are essential.
