People of Hope: A National Storytelling Exhibit

This spring, the Boston area will welcome a one-of-a-kind traveling exhibit from Catholic Charities USA (CCUSA). People of Hope: Faith-Filled Stories of Neighbors Helping Neighbors is a national storytelling initiative that brings highlights the transformative power of service amid the realities of poverty and the people working to address it in our communities.

Location and Tours

The museum will be hosted at the Archdiocese of Boston Pastoral Center parking lot located at 66 Brooks Drive in Braintree. Admission is free and open to all.

Meet a Storyteller: Beth Chambers

Visitors will encounter first-person video testimonies from Catholic Charities staff and volunteers across the nation, including Beth Chambers, former Vice President of Basic Needs at Catholic Charities Boston, whose story represents the dedication and impact of local service organizations. The museum offers immersive activities designed to help visitors understand the day-to-day challenges faced by families navigating poverty.

"People of Hope" celebrates the power of Catholic service and its transformative impact on neighbors across the country.

The museum is a self-guided exhibit and takes approximately 30-45 minutes to explore.

The museum can accommodate up to 30 people at a time.
